Send E-invoices to Almi

The Almi Group is covered by the law (2018:1277) on electronic invoicing due to public procurement. The law means that you, as a supplier to Almi, must send e-invoices.

To ensure that the invoice is sent to the correct Almi company, all invoices must be marked with:

• Almi’s reference (the purchaser's name)
• Cost centre/project number/fund
• Invoice address for all Almi companies: Box 168, 831 22 Östersund

If the correct references are missing, there is a risk that your invoice will be delayed.

Payment terms: 30 days.

Almi accepts e-invoices sent via one of the following three options. Option 1 is preferred:

1. E-invoice via Peppol, format PEPPOL BIS Billing 3
E-invoices are sent via the PEPPOL network. Contact your e-invoice provider for more information.

Peppol-ID: 0007 X (X is replaced with the company's corporate registration number – see attached list) 

2. E-invoice via VAN operator, format Svefaktura
VAN operator: Crediflow
Corporate registration number: See the attached list for each company's number

3. E-invoice via invoice portal
If you, as a supplier, do not have a business system connected to an e-invoicing service, you are welcome to use Almi’s invoice portal to create an e-invoice.

Email the following information to: reskontra@almi.se to receive a link to the portal:

• Invoice recipient (name of the Almi company to be invoiced)
• Your company name
• Corporate registration number
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Bank account number or plusgiro number
