Here you’ll find the most common questions related to loans from Almi.

How do I request a loan statement (engagemangsspecifikation)?

To request a loan statement, use our online service by clicking here. There you’ll find more information about the process and what details you need to provide.

The statement is sent by post and costs SEK 250.

How do I find copies of my loan invoices?

If you are authorised to sign on behalf of the company, you can view your company’s loan details and download invoices via Mina Sidor (My Pages). Simply log in securely using BankID. Once logged in, go to Mina Sidor > Mina Lån > Visa lån (My Pages > My Loans > View Loan) to access your invoices.

If your company is connected to Kivra, you’ll also find your loan invoices in your Kivra inbox.

I can’t pay my loan invoice – what should I do?

If you’re having trouble making payments according to your current repayment plan, Almi gives you the option to apply for a deferment or partial repayment on your loans for three or six months.

Please note that a deferment or partial repayment may affect the total loan term.

You can log in to our online service using BankID and select the loan(s) you wish to apply for deferment on.

Does it cost anything to repay a loan early?

A prepayment fee is only charged if the loan is repaid within 12 months from the disbursement date. The fee is 1 percent of the outstanding loan amount.

No prepayment fee applies to Microloans, Green Loans, Innovation Loans, or any loan where this condition has been specifically waived.

How do I repay a loan in full?

An authorised signatory with access to BankID must contact Almi’s Loan Administration by phone to receive the necessary repayment details.

Once the payment has been made, Almi may contact you with questions regarding the origin of the funds, in accordance with the Swedish Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (2017:630, Chapter 3, Section 13).

How do I change my address?

To update your address to the one registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) or the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket), please contact Almi’s Loan Administration at: info.lanadm@almi.se.

If you wish to use an address that differs from the one registered with Bolagsverket or Skatteverket, an authorised signatory with access to BankID must call Loan Administration at +46 (0)63-453 03 00, weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

Can I receive my loan invoices digitally?

Yes – if your company is connected to Kivra and has a loan with Almi, your loan invoices will be sent to your Kivra inbox. They will not be sent to your company’s physical address.

You can find instructions on how to connect your company to Kivra.

If your company is not connected to Kivra, invoices will be sent to your registered postal address. We do not send invoices by email.

How do I make an extra repayment (early instalment) on my loan?

To make an extra repayment, pay the desired amount to the same bankgiro number listed on your most recent invoice. In the payment message, include your loan number and the word “extraamortering” (extra repayment). You’ll find your loan number on your loan invoice.

Once the payment has been made, Almi may contact you to ask questions about the origin of the funds, in accordance with the Swedish Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (2017:630, Chapter 3, Section 13).

How can I see my current loan balance?

By logging in to Mina Sidor (My Pages), you’ll find detailed information about your loan – including your current outstanding balance and interest rate.

You can also view and download your invoices, which include information about:

  • Due date
  • Whether the invoice is paid via direct debit (autogiro)
  • Repayment amount
  • Interest amount
  • Additional fees
  • Payment status (paid/unpaid)

You log in easily and securely with BankID.

Who can view a company’s loan details on Mina Sidor?

Only registered signatories or authorised external signatories can access a company’s loan information on Mina Sidor. The portal verifies your authorisation through the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).

Where can I find copies of my loan agreements or terms?

Almi’s Loan Administration can send copies of your loan agreements or terms by post.

To request copies, an authorised signatory with access to BankID must contact Loan Administration by phone at +46 (0)63-453 03 00, weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

Where can I find an overview of upcoming payments on my loan?

Almi’s Loan Administration can send a simplified payment schedule by post.

To request this, an authorised signatory with access to BankID must contact Loan Administration by phone at +46 (0)63-453 03 00, weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

How do I apply for direct debit or update my existing direct debit details?

To apply for direct debit (autogiro) or change the details of an existing agreement, use our online service by clicking here (in Swedish).

I’ve made a duplicate payment – what happens now?

If you’d like a refund of the amount paid twice, an authorised signatory with access to BankID must call Almi’s Loan Administration at +46 (0)63-453 03 00, weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

If you choose not to contact Loan Administration, the overpaid amount will automatically be deducted from your next invoice.

Who should I contact with questions about existing business mortgages, collateral deeds, or surplus collateral?

Almi’s Loan Administration can only answer questions related to securities already registered with Almi.

Can I grant someone else access to view invoices in Kivra, such as my finance manager?

What should an account verification document include?

An account verification document must clearly show the account holder’s name, organisation number, and account number – all on the same page.
